Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below are the terms for returns and exchanges:

Returns

• We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a refund (minus shipping and a restocking fee), the item must be unused, in its original condition, and not damaged.
• A 15% restocking fee may apply to all returned items.
• Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
• Refunds can be issued to your original payment method or as store credit.

Important: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the PO Box provided. All returns must be initiated through us.

Exchanges

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To initiate a replacement, please email us at shop@merryandscary.com with your order number and photos of the defective or damaged item.
